Amenities improvements for Crows Nest Pony Club

15 June 2018

Saturday June 3 marked another milestone for the Crows Nest Pony Club with the cutting of the ribbon on their new ablutions block. Member for Condamine Pat Weir MP officiated at the proceedings with guests from Toowoomba Regional Council, Sport and Recreation Queensland and local contractors who contributed to the project.

The ablutions block came to fruition when the club obtained funding through the "Get Playing Places and Spaces" grant. The State Government provided $100,000 towards the project, in conjunction with Toowoomba Regional Council which provided $12,500 to bring this project to reality.

This project will ensure the club will remain viable for years to come, and have the ability to conduct a wide range of events and cater for its members, visitors and invited guests.
