Time to Thrive

THRIVE aims to inspire and encourage women and girls of all ages to lead healthy and happy lives by participating in a range of fun and social activities now available throughout the Toowoomba Region. All activities are suitable for beginners and are free or low-cost, including yoga, hula hooping, mindful walking, zumba/ konga, kick-box and core, body-weight / cardio-boxing, bushwalking, mountain biking, kayaking, archery tag, magical parks and cycling.

Forget about ability or perfection – THRIVE is about women and girls trying something new, meeting different people, enjoying fun times with friends and family, boosting energy levels and feeling great!
