Toowoomba Regional Council has renewed the public amenities at Toowoomba Bus Interchange in Neil Street, providing improved facilities for the whole community.

Four new female and four new male toilets, one new Person with a Disability (PWD) compliant toilet and new baby change facilities have been installed. The project has been designed with public safety in mind and provides additional CCTV surveillance, direct access to Bell Street Mall and enhanced natural light and ventilation.

We encourage users of these facilities to participate in the below survey to gauge public satisfaction with the project.
