How will the facility be accessed?
Users of the facility will enter off Frank Road. Council is currently assessing appropriate routes to direct users for the facility. Road safety is a top priority in Council’s planning.
How will the remaining area of 379 Love Road be used?
Council is currently reviewing the use of the remaining area of 379 Love Road. Council has previously leased sections of the land for farming use.

What types of customer vehicles will be able to attend the facility?
Council is planning for cars, trailers and up to 4.5 tonne Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM). Council is currently assessing appropriate routes to direct users for the facility. Road safety is a top priority in Council’s planning.
Where can I access Council's Waste Management Strategy?
You can access it here. This plan was adopted by Council in May 2017.
Will the project go through a Development Application process?
What will the operating hours be?
The operating hours will be:
· Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm
· Saturday & Sunday 8am to 5pm
How will Council mitigate littering and illegal dumping?
Littering and dumping is illegal and is governed by the relevant State Government authority. A large fine may be incurred if an offender is identified.
Council will make every attempt to locate the owner of the illegally dumped materials so we can take one of the following actions:
· Issue a warning.
· Issue a clean-up notice ordering the offender to remedy the offence.
· Issue the offender with an on-the-spot fine.
